Payment
-All orders will be billed before processing (which means upon order placement)
unless credit terms are already established.
-Credit card sales are only valid for North American customers. Customers from
other regions must pay via wire transfer.
-Distributors must email or fax their sales tax exemption certificate, or re-sale
exemption certificate with their first order.
